I suspect my friend has the same mobo, unfortunately you cant disable the sound card in the bios, pheonix bios is horrible !!
What I could do as a short term fix is to put another sound card in and load the modules for that card.
Please correct me if I'm wrong , if the modules are loaded for the additional sound card, and not for the inboard sound card, that will work until I can load MDK9.2 on ????
Yes it will. No need to disable the built-in soundchip.
