It's true that it did not work before as it performed an upgrade instead of an install, but atleast beginning with urpmi that shipped with 9.1 it works as it should... (maybe even before, but I dont remember if I ever tried...) But I have done it *a lot* of times since that, and it has never failed... So yes.... It's safe... ;-) Regards Thomas
