Now that you mention it. Yes. RH in 7.3 didn't allow for reiser from the get go but it does "support it" and in a lousy way too. SuSE and MDK though support XFS and Reiser much better. My theory. RH did ext3, or rather supported it's creation (ala gnome) and not the other 2.
