Rob, The one thing I would try is to open it in IE or some browser that does work. Then save the page(s) to disk. Then try it locally. If it works locally it's some kind of messed up cgi, jsp or server side include. If not then check the code for personal info and send the tgz to the people at Moz and see if they have an answer.
