practiced it for many years. I just saw an amazing show of Xenakis original 
sketches and recordings, he is one of my heros. Even when working in this style 
there still is a need for organization, an overall structure. If that structure 
is not there, then what do you have? Strange noises are not enough, give the 
noises direction and purpose. There should be a reason for a new sonic entrance 
or a shift. The new sounds should make sense in the context of the previous 
sounds.
