Off top of my head: effect plug-ins, RAW processing, 16bit/channel, real color management, albums browsing (album is a physical directory containing images), IPTC, GPS, batch processing (limited set of effrects). AFAIK, Larry is planning to get the RAW ball rolling after the next interim bugfix release.
