That's great. However, it does refer to the spec and BrilliantPhoto is not written to spec! Which is logical, it is of course designed to operate uner MS Windows :) Here, ( http://mar.anomy.net/entry/2005/06/16/00.13.54/ ) it says: BrilliantPhoto offers four different fields for keyword tags - "keywords", "people", "event" and "location". Although this logical seperation seems convenient, only "Keywords" are part of the official IPTC headers specification. I therefore suggest people play it safe and put all their tags into the "Keywords" field and leave the other ones well alone. A discussion of IPTC/XMP: http://www.flickr.com/forums/ideas/1553/page2/ Lots of other places complain about the nonspandard use of IPTC in BrilliantPhoto. Just google for them. _______________________________________________ F-spot-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/f-spot-list
