Please could you check whether you have the libmono-sqlite2.0-cil
package installed?

It looks to me like you've accidentally uninstalled the Mono sqlite
bindings. You are not using Ubuntu's f-spot package, so the dependencies
are not automatically satisfied. The same may apply for other f-spot
dependencies.
