That's what I was suggesting in my former email as well. Using a user selected timezone for displaying local times. The user selected timezone can be set by default e.g. the time zone of your computer or it can be selected for a bunch of photos via the "adjust time" dialog or automatically via GPS position. I want to implement it as an extension, but I don't have the time right now. Maybe next month. Everyone is welcome to implement the idea, I'll gladly assist.
