Running email service on the internet these days is a major headache due to all the poorly designed anti-spam tools and processes the ISPs have had to implement. Sadly it seems to be the big ISPs that have the worst tools and the most red tape to get legitimate email services (like the mailing list my servers host) on the whitelist so they don't get flagged as junk.
Yahoo anti-spam stuff is awful and frankly doesn't work very well at all. And it puts a pretty serious burden on service providers like myself to prove that we're legit and not spammers before they'll bypass mail from our servers though their spam filters. BTW, thanks for the nice article on the f500.org site. It's been posted, I REALLY appreciate the contribution. I just don't have time, with everything else going on right now, to generate much content beyond the occasional news article. --Eric > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Thursday, April 20, 2006 6:38 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [F500] test > > Thanks Eric.
