At the back end with the car stationary, the suspension seems to bottom out;
it feels like a steel on steel contact. Is this normal? I would think not
but . . .
Also I can't get my puck cannisters open to change the innnards. Any ideas
here? It looks like the bottom must screw in, but again, I don't know.
