No condos at Grattan. Don't see that happening. There's nothing but farmland around there, so it's not like the land is worth a huge fortune compared to some places.
If there really is any truth to the matter, I'm sure I'll get some info next weekend. But, knowing the owners, I don't see it. They make too much money with the track and also the motoX course.
