You could keep the car stationary in the wind tunnel by bolting the
tires down and applying zero torque to the hubs, it still has nothing to
do with making the car go down the road at 150.
Those sites are a little complex. LJK Setright said it most succinctly
- Engines make power, transmissions make torque.
Although if I ever get a car again, I'm getting on the "torque is king"
bandwagon, at least when competitors ask ;)
