Schultz Racing has been doing this for years. Very, very inexpensive using any "presentation" program, your ingenuity, and Staples Customer Services. I use PageMaker to incorporate a driver picture plus text i.e. sponsors, results, car picture and specs. Final size worked out to be 4" X 2.5", two sided. Best DIY feature is the ability to produce only the quantity needed on an as needed basis; along with the ability to update the card at anytime. The more professional route will cost $280 to $400 depeding on min. order. This servise may still be advertised in National Speed Sport News.
