yep i have ideas, and I have been working on em for a while too, I am
currently building another f500 and have a complete frame out of laser cut
details, the tubes have all been bent and then pre cut on the ends with a 6
axis laser, all in all , not counting the time to build the fixture and the
jigs
it took about 6 hours to put the entire frame assembly together, when i am
done i should be able to spit out rollers for a pretty low cost, the rear
suspension is what is going to make this car , it took 2 years and a lot of
time on the computer to get rid of all the expensive joints rods bushing
etc. but its going well, if we can get more competitive cars out there for
less $$$ it would definately help the class. I do all this by myself so it
takes quite a long time to get anything complete, any local volunteers
wishing to get involved in developement and building of f500 just call me, i
am not that far off of beeing done but some help would go a long a way. So
far i have built 3 cars and each one has been faster and better!
