Very sad news indeed. I only raced with Gary a couple times. The one that is most memorable for me was the second race of the January double nationals at Phoenix International in 99. Gary and Steve Jondal towed down from the frozen north that year. Gary and I had a barn burner of a race for 2nd while trying to chase down Al Loehner. We crossed the finish line side by side, and Gary snatch 2nd away from me by a wheel. It was so much fun (even though it wasn't for the win) that neither one of us could stop grinning afterwards. Godspeed Gary.... -- Eric D Christensen Proadmin, Inc. ________________________________ FormulaCar Magazine - A Proud Supporter of Formula 500 The Official Publication of Junior Formula Car Racing Subscribe Today! www.formulacarmag.com or 519-624-2003 _________________________________ _______________________________________________ F500 mailing list - [email protected] To unsubscribe or change options please visit: http://f500.org/mailman/listinfo/f500 *** Please, DO NOT send unsubscribe requests to the mailing list! ***
