I played with my Kaw a lot with a crank mounted Land & Sea dyno ( borrowed unit ). Using a version of Hulings pipes and a set of Aaen pipes, trying different timing, jetting and a few different cylinders the best I ever saw was 76hp which was likely a "fluke" the best repeatable results were 74-75hp with everything tweaked as close as I could get it. That included cutting and rewelding the pipes. I'd guess real world numbers at a typical solo to be more like 70-72HP range.
