Rick,
Do you have a vent on the 2 cycle tanks cap ? Maybe siphoning out due to a
low pressure area under the body work ?

Check the fitting down by the rotary valve cover. The one thats looped
and is filled half
full of oil to lube the rotay valve.
I had oil all over after every session, found a hairline crack in the
elbow fitting.

It's not unburned oil from the exhaust. The pipe fits good, no sign of
leakage there. I've had that happen before, it oils up the exhaust side of
the engine good when that happens. That side of my motor is clean. I guess
I'll replace the oil lines, as a precaution.

Next best place to look is to check the fitting of the expnsion pipe into
the exhaust manifold !
If this is it you can seal it with some type of high temp goo !
Somebody on the list will chip in a brand anme for you !
