Jim you may be correct to a point, but some of the Solo V's are more expense than a really good FF or DRS! Someone in my region has spent enough money on his car to have bought a new DSR!!!!

Subject: [F500] Budget Class and GCR Legal FV's

Bobby,
"Budget" is used in the context of relative rather than absolute - relative to the rest of the Prepared and Modified classes, F Mod is a budget class in that it is far less costly to be competitive. SV's should stay in F Mod because F440/500's are the closest type of car to the SV's - grouping by similar cars. If you want GCR FV's to run in their own class - G Mod - then formally petition the SEB to do so. The SEB will be looking at number of cars that would turn out so you better be able to produce the numbers or you are dead. I would recommend having Sports Renaults (if any exist) and SRF's in the class to help the numbers.

Jim
