Lee,

I would not trust my rims with the "tire hackers" at the tire shops.  This
is something I would want to do myself.  Get a couple of motorcycle tire
irons to remove the old tires and replace with the new.  Use plenty of soapy
water on the bead.

If you must go to a tire shop, ask first if they can guarantee not to bend
or gouge the rim edge.  If no guarantee , then I would go somewhere else.

Getting the old tire off the bead is the tuff part.  I used some 2x4's, some
chain and a hinge to make my own bead braker.
