It really depends on the track.  There are just too many variables.  The best
way is to do two things: 
1. look at the track records (then extrapolate your
time vs record vs other drivers vs record and on and on and so forth)
2. look
at national results for that track (taking into consideration who is there,
who ran when, weather and so on and so on and so forth)
