Howya doin' Jay, We're racing MIDIV again this year, w/some CENDIV races interspersed. We may move back to CENDIV next year if the Joliet Autobahn Tentative National becomes official and repeats in '08 AND if we can find a way not to break stuff at Grattan.
We ran a Regional at Joliet last year, v. bumpy/wavy in the corners. Makes Nelson look like silk. Had a lot of fun in the sun (105*) until a fairly new bearing went and we lost our rear hydraulics. To say nothing of our v. high water temps in the 493. Regardless, we finished well and the bumps, while huge, were of the low frequency type; unsettling but not like the fun jump at Grattan that has stopped us cold a few times. If Joliet becomes official, I want to encourage everyone to come on out. BTW, are you guys still running the 494?
