Thanks for the reply. Any ideas how to kill with an open circuit. Is there
a ground for something I could use ?
I'm putting an electric start on a 494 w/ total loss ignition. I was
planning on running the ground cable for battery through the master switch,
somehow have to figure out how to kill the engine as well.
If anybody has any ideas, I sure would appreciate it. I'm stumped.
Thanks, Joe

Ground to kill. For some instruments, this wire also supplies the tach
signal.

I believe the black with yellow is the ignition key wire on a 494. Does
this
ground to kill ignition or go open to kill ignition ?
Thanks, Joe
