Northern Toolat one time had them also, that one on ebay, is a home made 
jobbie...
   
   BTW Northern does still have a wheel kit for the lift.

I have been using this exact lift, or one that looks just like it, for almost 
10 years with great success. A weld broke when it was about 5 years old and I 
fixed it. That's the only problem I've had. It holds the car great and is 
stable. For safety sake, I usually lift the car up and then support it with saw 
horses if I will be working under the car or doing something that requires a 
lot of force on the susprended car.
