Ed I'm looking at spending 3-5K. The car does not have to be race ready. I would prefer it not to be race ready because whatever I buy will not look like it when I am done with it. I am sure there are cars out there in a basket that your wife's would love to get out of the garage. I'm just looking for one piece of junk to turn in a real stout racecar. Thanks CJ
