Thundershift Kits are weights for the primary clutch. They look similar to regular weights but have a narrow profile and have threaded holes that allow you to insert various weights to custom tune. You can add little bolts and washers to various parts of the weight in order to tune for best performance. I've used them for years and like 'em. They are available from many snowmobile sites like Dennis Kirk or Hi-Performance Engineering. Maybe at Aaen and Micro-Belmont too. $50 is a gift price!!!

Subject: [F500] Thunder Shift Kit for Sale

I have a new-in-the-box Thundershift Kit for sale. It's been sitting in a
garage cabinet for several years, has never been used, is complete with
original packaging, non-bushed weights, wahers, instructions, and even the
small tube of lock-tite. The part number is TSK-100. The price is $50,
including shipping. Please respond is you are interested.
  Thanks, Cory
