Jay,
Vees do have two oiling problems. First they leak like sieves. Lap one and
that becomes evident. Second their pressure is gravely inconsistant.- Think
that may be the need for constant their constant rebuilds?

I suspect that a properly done pan with baffles will work. How many FVees
have dry sump. It took the Vees about 5 years to figure things out but
they
have zero oiling problems.
