Jim, one thing to remember is that a "stock" out of the crate late model 600
is in a pretty high state of tune, there's a couple of ponies to be had, but I
seriously doubt there's more than a handful.

builders go through them and do every trick in the book to max them out
legally. 25 HP may be a bit too much but I did say roughly. My point is to keep
this X HP creep in the calculation when determining car weight and any other
restrictions contemplated.
