Not sure if anyone's posted a race report yet from TMS last weekend, because
Yahoo all of a sudden started throwing all the F500 messages into my junk
folder. So, forgive me if this is a repeat.
The weather was great in Ft. Worth and the hopitality was spectacular as
always. F500 started the weekend with 6 cars, but the normal attrition took
its toll. Kenneth K - don't quit, I promise it will get better!
The big news is that we picked up a net of 6 finishes on HP for the weekend.
That closes a chunk of the gap per the April participation numbers, but we are
still in dire risk of not going to the Runoffs in 2008. GET OUT AND RACE!
Congratulations to Jack Walbran and Joe Palmer for both winning a national
race and setting track records. It was also inspiring to see Steven Dodd
finish both races after completing his rebuild big wreck last year) at the
track on Sat. My new Red Devil was awesome right out of the box (or should I
say "crate"), but a bad tire choice and minor teething problem dropped me in
the results both days.

I would encourage everyone to race at TMS - most of the races are double
nationals and the facility is first class. It would be easy to get spoiled on
the nice garages and paddock! Hope to see a bunch of you for the Memphis R/N
in a few weeks.
