Wilwood Dynalite Single is the most used caliper on F500, both front and rear. The current model is made out of billet aluminum and retails in the neighborhood of $85. Pads used are the Performance Friction PF757 or the Hawke Brake HB104. Most hard parts suppliers stock them. I am looking at them in the Race Central catalog

They use the square pads. I had a left front brake fluid leak this weekend at the Portland Rose Cup and if it's not a loose fitting, I'll be rebuilding the calipers. Even if it is a loose fitting, I'll be rebuilding the calipers because I know it's been at least two years.
