I notice the dates listed are the probable dates for the Homestead National (since the National was moved from Moroso in 2006)....Sebring National should be the preceding weekend.

The nice thing about weight is they have a minimum 178 pound driver weight so even the unfair** little guys have to lead up to a reasonable weight. (** unfair as defined by a 230 pounder!!!) They are using new karts this year for the 24 hour race that should prove faster and better handling. I drove the last 45min stint last year and those brakes were toasted!!! The final ten minutes were only slowed by pitching the kart sideways. Fun.
