Oh, it's pretty much easy_install. If you've used an OS with package management (yum, apt, darwin-ports, fink, pkg-src, etc.) this concept is familiar. Basically, it's like easy_install, only the OS itself will track updates. So when fabric 0.10 comes out, I can update the package, and then anyone who has fabric installed from this source can automatically update to the new version. - -- Paul Hummer http://theironlion.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFI7AxnHE2KxYYv8I8RAh6hAKCawxKSisoHB1XM7PDivc7Dum6KrACdEq5d 1w4r/VoJU380OtG+ymJJn80= =/1EM -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Fab-user mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/fab-user
