While I'd prefer a real bug tracker as well, there is a "you can have
your cake and eat it too" solution for the TODO list: wiki.

+1 on the wiki for now instead of nothing. There's one on GitHub and I'm pretty sure you can set editing permissions so we don't end up with a Spam magnet.

If nothing else, whacking that up takes no time and will give us a place to carry on the discussion, write up use-cases etc. for now.
