Not an enormous set of changes, but does contain new features, so a
minor version bump it is!
This release is an extension of the work done for 1.1.x., adding
optional kwargs to @task, and with them, aliasing/default
tasks/task-class control. For details see the links in the changelog:

Speaking of which: starting now, I'm using a new experimental
changelog format designed to ease multi-line, non-synchronized
releases. It's hopefully also easier to read / parse and consolidated
on a single docs page.
