Hi, James.

Here is what I do:

1. Install Python 2.7 community edition from activestate.com

2. Is your system 32 or 64 bits?  If 32, skip this step.  If 64, download and 
install pycrypto from here.

3. Open command prompt, type "pip install fabric".
