Hi Peter,
That means that your object ('rentou.obj') was not aligned with your
scaled/rotated internal mean mesh in the Head Model Preparation stage.
For the Customizer to work, your mesh much be closely aligned with the
internal mean mesh (or your scaled/rotated version) which you enter in
the 'Check Registered Models' step).
