Please try the following: 1. Remove the directory:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\FaceGen\Modeller3 (note that you'll need 'Show hidden files, folders' enabled in the View tab of Folder Options in Windows Explorer) 2. Restart Modeller.
