FaceGen Exporter searches Genesis.dsf for the tag "dzStudio4DefaultContent=" then takes whatever is after the '=' as the default content directory. It then needs to find the path "data/DAZ 3D/Gensis/Base/Genesis.dsf" within that directory. If this file doesn't exist then it can't proceed and you'll see that error.
