The easiest way is freeform deformation; hold down the control key then click-and-drag with the left mouse button to pull down the nose tip and pull out the bridge (or whatever you want).
Note however that you can't get very fine control over the nose - especially the roundedness of the tip - to due limitations in the spatial resolution of the FaceGen shape statistics.
