I know it's been awhile since you asked this but I thought I'd respond in
case you're still looking for help. After much experimenting, here's the
work flow I finally came up with.

1) Creative head in Facegen, save .fg file
2) Change model parts, you only need skin_hi, eye_Left, eye_Right, sock_hi,
(don't need teeth or tounge)
2a) Export head as obj file including all expressions.
3) Put all these files in a folder together.
4) Open Poser, load figure, (I use Alyson for almost every female)
5) Import your created facegen default OBJ head, make it about 14% of
figure size.
6) Line the head up with Alyson's head (you may need to resize the head a
bit)
7) Make Alyson head, left eye, right eye, top teeth, and bottom teeth
invisible
8) Import OBJ file, first expression exported from facegen, "angry, etc"
(It will be at her feet)
9) Export OBJ file, when context window pops up asking what you want to
export, deselect everything, (click on top box, everything will
dissappear.) Scroll to bottom of list, select only the angry obj head you
just imported. Hit OK.
10) Choose only export as morph target
11) Save file as angry in a new folder inside the one you made before with
all the facegen files. Call this folder MORPHS, and name the file angry.obj
12) Import OBJ--choose the file angry.obj in the MORPHS folder, import only
as morph target.
13) (Repeat steps 8-12 for every expression in facegen folder)
14) After all Morphs are imported, return to your default facegen head, and
go to tab properties, "import morph target." Load each file in the "MORPHS"
folder one by one to the default head.
15) You should now see all the dials for all your expression morphs, when
you go back to the other tab.
16) Parent the head to Alyson head.
17) Go to editing tools, and push in the neck of the facegen head so it
lines up more or less with the neck of the Alyson figure. When you need to
move the facegen head, select the Alyson head and move that, when you need
to change the expression, select the facegen head and change the morph
dials for expressions.
18) Export the top and bottom teeth of the Alyson figure, import as obj
files to 3% of size, when you import, deselect morph target option, select
the box above and below it.
19) Drag up the bottom teeth and top teeth to the head and line up inside
the mouth, change size as needed. (You could also export the facegen head
with the teeth initally, but I do it this way because I like to be able to
resize the teeth manually, I think it adds to realism.)
20) The tounge will be Alyson's tounge still if you lined the head up
properly, so if you want to stick out the tounge, etc, select Alyson head,
Expressions and manipulate the tounge.
21) Now it's a matter of importing hair, clothing, etc. Also matching the
facegen skin texture file as best you can with the alyson body skin texture
file in photoshop. You will need to experiment with this, I use a python
script I like for this to add realistic skin texture.
