Is there some setting that tells FaceGen not to turn photos? The photos are 2448 pixels width and 3264 pixels height, 72 dpi and 24 bit depth. I am using the 64 bit version so the dimensions are within the limits specified in the manual. I notice that FaceGen itself says to use passport-style photos, but the manual shows square pictures. Is this perhaps the problem?
