Apart from just moving the various shape sliders, you can also make use of 
interactive click-and-drag shape changes (see 'Modify' -> 'Interactive'):

* Hold down the 'Ctrl' key then left-click and drag any point on the face 
(symmetric).

* Hold down the 'Ctrl' key then right-click and drag any point on the face 
(asymmetric).

You can also work against background images if that helps ('View' -> 
'Render' -> 'Background Image').

However there are limitations to the FaceGen shape statistics.

It's not possible to make an exact replica of all faces, so consider 
FaceGen a quick starting point then move into Zbrush or something if you 
need to create an exact replica.
