This is a recent problem that occurs when you install Daz Studio 4 Public
Build before ever installing Daz Studio 4.

The problem is that DS4PB stores the content library locations in a
registry location named 'Studio4PublicBuild', then if that entry exists
when you install DS4, it uses it and never creates the normal one,
'Studio4', that FaceGen looks at.

So you need to rename that registry entry as follows:

1. Click on the windows start menu and type 'regedit' then hit return
2. Select Computer->HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->DAZ->Studio4PublicBuild
3. Right-click on 'Studio4PublicBuild' and select 'rename' to rename it to:
Studio4

This issue will be fixed in the next release of FaceGen Artist.

Best wishes,
