For color 3D printing you'll need FaceGen 3D Print Pro.

Feel free to download the free FaceGen 3D Print Demo and give it a shot. 
You'll get the same results except with a logo on the forehead, and fewer 
hairstyles and statues to choose from.

No post-processing should be required. MeshMixer by default uses only 
ambient light shading so that will look a bit different from in FaceGen, 
which uses a mix of diffuse and ambient.
