What you did will not work. If you use the generated maps from a previous export they've already been color-corrected to match the face.
Thus they will not match the gen map. And since color correction is calculated from the face map, no more will be applied. What you need to do is select the gen map along with the other ORIGINAL maps that it matches. I will look into making gen map selection easier in future.
