Hi again, Based on feedback from others I've found an issue with FaceGen Artist face maps not always exporting at full resolution.
A fix has now been released as FaceGen Artist Home/Pro version 3.4 All customers who purchased through our web site and still have a valid, subscribed email have been sent the latest version download.
