If you want an image file from FaceGen Artist, your option is to take a 
screenshot of the viewport.

However, if you don't want to go through FaceGen Modeller, consider the 
option of downloading DAZ Studio (free), and using it to create the images 
in jpg, png, BMP, tiff.

You'll export your face created in Artist to Daz Studio, then add it to the 
model in DAZ.  

Yes, it's a bit of a learning curve to learn the basics of DAZ, but the 
final results can be incredible.
