For the stack effect names to be more consistent I would recommend changing make-hash to ( quot -- ns ). I think there's a better name than make-hash for that word. It's a very special way of creating a hash and the name 'make-hash' doesn't reflect this. For consistency with the current docs make-ns would be better.
