Hi, I frequently update my factor instance from darcs. I do it in the following tedious manner:
- Pull changes - If C code has changed, recompile the VM - Pull bootstrap image - Bootstrap Is there no a more straightforward way to do this? In particular, one which doesn't depend on anything but the source code (ie., no boot needs to be fetched). Btw, the boot image: it's not versioned, so I don't even know if it's refreshed. What's the strategy for that? And why don't you distribute it compressed?
