Hi Jose,

Either one of these would be good:

>   - basis/editors/emacs/fuel
>   - extra/fuel

I wouldn't recommend these:

>   - misc/fuel
>   - basis/editors/fuel

Generally, vocabularies shouldn't go in 'misc', they should go in a vocabulary 
root. And in the latter case, it would make 'fuel' sound like an editor.
